I feel that my slideshow might be a little difficult. There aren't many pictures that are related to MS. I was thinking though I can talk about the hospital visit and the tests that you will go through. So many show like the "machines" and equipment that will be used in order to familiarize the patient with everything.
Another thought is to maybe do research on the ways to get involved. Such as talk about the MS walk and the clubs you can join. I don't think I'll be able to add all that information to my webzine since I'm almost over the word limit as it is... and I have plenty more to talk about!
I think the best way to do this is to talk about the ways to help out. I know there are so many things to do, and since I don't want to repeat that in my webzine, I should just devote the slide to it. This way people will be able to see how many people actually get involved!

podcast
This weekend I’d like you to blog on your topic for the podcast. Post at least 200 words explaining your plans for your podcast. Since this podcast will eventually become part of your multimodal project, you should be specific regarding why the topic of your podcast is well-suited to an “oral” presentation. Brainstorm ideas for your podcast and select one to develop for this assignment. Identify your audience, purpose, and the main point you will develop in the podcast.
My podcast is going to be an interview. What I plan to do is to talk to my aunt, who is diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and find out so more information. My goal is to get to see how she deals with everyday life and all of those tough times she has experienced. I feel that since the podcast is oral it will be better for the guests to hear what she has to say and to understand her feelings instead of just reading a bunch of words. you will get more out of hearing the interview and actually sensing what my aunt is feeling.
my audience once again will be anyone who is or is related to someone with multiple sclerosis. basically my main point is just for people to see what a person with a form of Multiple Sclerosis goes through.
